- Unused, new-in-the-box products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the retail price at the time of purchase.
- Products must be in a brand-new, unused condition.

Full Refund:
Unused products returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and still in a brand-new, unused condition are eligible for a full refund of the retail price at the time of purchase. Refund approval is subject to the returned product being inspected, and cleared before the refund will be issued. Refunds on large orders larger than $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
